Slo-mo, UI improvements and more

I have only had 3 days to work on my project but that doesn't mean I didn't get anything done!

New Update includes:

-Game speed arcade mutator (Slo-mo, and Time warp)

-Disable enemies arcade mutator (for people who just want to fly around)

-Large UI overhaul

-Settings now save between menus

I also removed a arcade mutator; the bonus point mutator. I don't really see powerups becoming part of the game in the future so I cut it out. They may come back later.
